New Album “Patsy” Coming soon in 2015

We are in the final days and weeks of completing our 5th recording, an 8-song album named Patsy. I regard the record as the natural progression from our last, Slider, and couldn't be more excited to share the songs and recordings with the world. Not so much a political statement, but a reflection on humanness, it is a concept album featuring tales of the everyman. The record was recorded primarily at WaveLab Studio in Tucson, AZ with Craig Schumacher who has worked on lovely records with likes of Neko Case, Amos Lee, Calexico and Iron and Wine and features a host of some of our favorite Arizona musicians. I'd like to think the album is quintessential decker.; melodic, genuine, introspective and spacey but with a set of songs I feel are the most focused and robust of any of the albums I've created.

Today we release Cellars.  We kind of half-jokingly, half-seriously refer to it as our magnum opus.  It has been our show closer since being written and is, quite simply, a musical experience we believe in and are most proud of.  Hope you give a listen and enjoy…and download it free for a few days if you’d like.

It will be part of our new EP Patsy to be released this July.

Album of the Year

A hearty thank you to constant supporters, Arizona’s own Yab Yum Music & Arts, for naming Slider Album of the Year in 2013.  It’s a humbling assertion, and while we’re not certain its true, we appreciate the sentiment quite sincerely.
